Terms of use

Draft · last updated 23 October 2026 · Türkçe

These terms apply when you use the Iska app and this website. By using Iska you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.

The service

Iska is a shared shopping list: you make lists, invite people to them, and get optional suggestions. Iska is in early access, so features can change, pause or be removed.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, so you are responsible for who can read that mailbox. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has got into your account.

Your lists and sharing

Your lists are yours. Anyone you invite can see and edit a list, and can see the display names of its members, so invite people you trust. Do not put unlawful content or other people's private information in a list. You can delete items, lists and your account at any time.

Suggestions

Suggestions are written by an AI model from the content of your list. They can be wrong or unsuitable. Check what you buy, especially for allergies, dietary needs and prices; a suggestion is not advice.

Fair use

Do not misuse Iska: no attempts to break, overload or scrape it, to get into other people's accounts or lists, or to use it for anything unlawful. To keep it fair and affordable we limit how often suggestions can be requested, and we may suspend access that abuses the service.

Our responsibility

We work to keep Iska available and your lists safe, but it is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits a right or liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

Ending your use

You can stop using Iska and delete your account in the app (Settings) at any time. We may end or limit access if these terms are broken. What happens to your data is described in the privacy page.

Changes and law

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so in the app before it applies. They are governed by the laws of Türkiye; mandatory consumer-protection rules where you live are not affected.
